COMMA.005: DECO 5000 - Decosystema Vol. 1

The fifth release on COMMA. marks a powerful step forward for Herman Marensius' trance alias DECO 5000, as he delivers his debut EP on COMMA.: Decosystema Vol. 1 — a six-track project blending classic, nostalgic trance energy with a sonic contemporary edge.

The EP’s core tracks—Decosystema, MOMENTS, Sublunar, and Beating Heart—are each shaped around different shades of DECO’s sonic palette: fast, euphoric, and emotionally intense. The title track first surfaced during DECO's rooftop set at Streetbackboys' Musikkfest @ Rockefeller last summer, earning standout reactions as (quote) one of SBB's best ever sets, and ultimately securing his return this year as a headliner.

The project is rounded out by two fresh interpretations of "Decosystema"—from COMMA. co-founder Hovland, in which has also mixed and mastered the project, and label newcomer and friend TRUSSEL — each flipping the original into their own distinct takes.

The EP is a strong statement of intent and marks a milestone in the journey of the 5K in his sonic journey for global takeover.
